A a\u00e7\u00e3o desenvolvida pela Fetag-RS em parceria com a Regional Sindical Litoral e o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Rurais de Torres, Dom Pedro de Alc\u00e2ntara e Arroio do Sal, tem como objetivo conhecer a realidade da agricultura familiar no estado, ouvindo agricultores em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s suas necessidades e anseios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As 10 propriedades visitadas durante os dois dias trouxeram um misto de emo\u00e7\u00e3o, diversidade e trabalho coletivo. Foi poss\u00edvel visualizar in loco a for\u00e7a das fam\u00edlias em propriedades com m\u00e9dia de 10 hectares e com sustentabilidade ambiental, social e financeira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As fam\u00edlias visitadas pelo projeto trabalham com a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de banana, maracuj\u00e1, tomate, tabaco, goiaba, pitaya, al\u00e9m de propriedades com produ\u00e7\u00e3o org\u00e2nica, quintais produtivos, agroind\u00fastria familiar, turismo rural, Plantas N\u00e3o-Convencionais &#8211; PANCs e exemplos de cooperativismo para comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o. Atividades produtivas que demandam muita m\u00e3o de obra e sensibilidade para an\u00e1lise de planta em planta para poder entregar um produto de qualidade para o p\u00fablico consumidor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na noite do primeiro dia, as entidades da regi\u00e3o estiveram reunidas para debater sobre a realidade da agricultura familiar e criar estrat\u00e9gias de desenvolvimento para o setor. Ainda, no final da atividade, a Regional Sindical Regional realizou reuni\u00e3o para identificar os espa\u00e7os de atua\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento sindical frente \u00e0s necessidades identificadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O litoral ga\u00facho vai muito al\u00e9m de praias, \u00e9 um celeiro de diversidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e de empreendedorismo.
